We’re a lean and innovative marketing-tech agency building AI-powered automations to help businesses streamline operations and unlock growth. We're now forming a small, agile team to design AI-driven workflow solutions that solve real business problems — from CRM integrations and lead qualification to HR automations and sales follow-ups.

In a Nutshell:

We’re building AI-powered products for agency clients — fast-moving, commercially practical, and shipped. We need someone who can design the architecture and build enough of it to prove it works. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: translating client briefs into technical blueprints, then rolling up your sleeves to prototype and validate them alongside our AI engineer.

What you'll do:

Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end solution architectures — model selection, APIs, data pipelines, frontend integration, and infrastructure
• Evaluate and recommend LLM providers, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector DBs, and deployment platforms
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical specs, and stack decision docs
• Define integration points between AI components and existing client systems

Build & Prototype

• Build working POCs to validate architecture decisions before full build
• Collaborate with the AI engineer on feasibility, effort estimates, and implementation approach
• Own living specs that evolve with the project — from idea through handoff

Planning & Delivery

• Break projects into phased roadmaps with clear milestones and dependencies
• Identify risks early — performance constraints, data limitations, model drift, compliance issues

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Translate AI concepts into plain language for clients and non-technical stakeholders
• Support pitches and proposals with architecture thinking and POC scoping
• Facilitate discovery workshops to surface requirements and align on direction

What we're looking for:

Required

• 2–4 years in a solutions architect, technical lead, or senior product/technology role
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML stacks — LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering
• Can build prototypes and POCs, not just document them (Python, JS, or equivalent)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API-first architectures
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills (Miro, Lucidchart, *************, or equivalent)
• Comfortable taking an ambiguous brief and producing a structured technical plan
• Can run a client workshop and write a clean architecture doc in the same day

Strongly Preferred

• Background in a media, marketing, or digital agency environment
• Experience building AI-powered products — chatbots, content generation tools, RAG systems, personalisation engines
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
• Exposure to workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier with AI nodes)

Nice to Have

• Generative AI applied to content, media, or advertising
• Understanding of data privacy, AI governance, or responsible AI frameworks
• Prior work with Southeast Asian clients or markets
