Slitting Engineer

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM5,000

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Slitting Engineer located in Nilai. The Slitting Engineer will be responsible for operating and managing slitting machines to convert large rolls of materials into smaller ones as per specifications. Daily tasks include setting up and operating the machinery, monitoring production, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring efficient workflow in the slitting process. The role requires collaboration with the production team to meet production targets and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

· Experience with operating and maintaining slitting machines is a

MUST.

· Technical skills in troubleshooting and fixing mechanical issues

· Knowledge of quality control and safety standards in a

manufacturing environment

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise

specifications

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production

deadlines

· Previous experience in the release liner industry is a plus.
