Key responsibilities & duties
- To monitor for warehousing and logistic operations and to improve for higher efficiency and to achieve 48 Hours on time delivery to customer.
- Prepare and compile inventory reports on a timely manner and assist in periodically update the logistics and warehouse records/procedures and guidelines.
- To prepare daily delivery planning and transport arrangement & work with maintenance of vehicle maintenance needs.
- Manage the operating for input & output of stock (Inventory).
- Knowledge on logistic and arrangement documentation & delivery are necessary.
- Familiar with WMS/SQL process flow and execution will preferred.
- Constantly check products quantity, quality especially expiry condition.
- Ensure stock issuing are properly done and according to system record.
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.
Work experience and skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Committed to work and responsible at task given.
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in PC application: MS Excel, Ms Office, Ms Power Point, Ms Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
