Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, trends-focused Content Creator to produce high-impact, short-form visual content for our social media channels. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our brand's online presence, conceptualizing, shooting, and editing daily content that stops the scroll. If you live on TikTok and Instagram Reels, know how to hook an audience in under 3 seconds, and possess strong mobile video editing skills, we want you on our team.

Core Responsibilities

• Content Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and aesthetic static posts.
• Trend Spotting: Monitor social media trends, viral audio tracks, and pop culture moments daily, rapidly adapting them to fit our brand voice.
• Platform Management: Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, maintaining a consistent and highly active posting calendar.
• Community Interaction: Engage with followers in the comments section and direct messages to foster community growth and boost algorithm visibility.
• Analytics Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (views, shares, engagement rates) and use data insights to optimize future content strategies.

Key Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile videography, lighting setup, and editing apps like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Creative Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to tell compelling stories, write catchy captions, and design eye-catching layouts.
• Language Fluency: Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
• Self-Driven: Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, managing multiple video projects from concept to final cut.
• Industry Awareness: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, hashtag strategies, and what drives organic digital engagement.
