About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team at CHAO SHAN DESA CEMERLANG SDN. BHD.' in Kulai, Johor. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations

• Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

• Performing data entry and other administrative tasks related to the accounting function

• Providing support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounts Officers/Clerks sub-industry

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the finance team and other departments

• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

• We only need Malaysian
