What You'll Be DoingCommercial Performance Analysis
Analyze sales performance, marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
Generate insights on customer behavior, menu performance, and sales channels.
Sales Forecasting & Budget Planning
Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly sales forecasts by menu category and sales channel.
Support budgeting and business planning through historical and predictive analysis.
Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
Pricing & Market Intelligence
Conduct pricing analysis to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Track competitor activities, promotional strategies, and market trends.
Recommend pricing and menu optimization strategies.
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Build short- and long-term demand forecasts for products and campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align business plans.
Utilize data modelling to anticipate customer demand and market shifts.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
Leverage market research and consumer insights to support strategic decisions.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
Translate data into meaningful recommendations for business growth.
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Support strategic initiatives and test-and-learn approaches to improve commercial performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
4–7 years of experience in business analysis, commercial planning, finance, demand planning, or marketing analytics.
Experience in QSR, F&B, Retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
