· Verifying that construction works comply with technical drawings and specifications.

· Overseeing daily operations, managing subcontractor schedules, and organizing resources/materials

· Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislation and conducting quality checks on materials and completed work.

· Preparing daily site reports, progress logs, and resolving technical issues or design queries. Prepare monthly and weekly reports.

· Communicating with project manager, architects, and consultants to resolve issues and ensure project deadlines are met.

· Supervisor daily construction activities on site.

· Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

· Monitor workers, subcontractors, and equipment usage.

· Ensure proper construction methods and procedure are followed and conduct inspections and test on material.

· Prepare and submit inspection reports.

· Coordinate with consultants and quality inspectors.
