I. DAILY TASK

• To check on equipment healthiness.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

• To execute Preventive Maintenance activity accordingly and comply to the schedule and

task as per SAP PM.

• To ensure that tools and spare part for Preventive Maintenance activity available and

inform the update to the Superior.

• To ensure and to perform housekeeping after Preventive Maintenance activity.

• Maintain 5s conditions to all responsible area.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate/Diploma in Engineering.

• Computer literate (MS Office, IE, etc).

• Working in cleanroom.

• Electrostatic discharge.

• Electrical Safety
