About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Retail Operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about data, problem-solving, and improving business performance through analytics. You will work closely with retail, operations, and management teams to analyze data, identify trends, and support decision-making across our retail network.

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze retail operations data from multiple sources.

• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards on sales, inventory, staffing, customer traffic, and operational performance.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Support store performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.

• Assist in forecasting sales, inventory requirements, and operational metrics.

• Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven insights.

• Prepare presentations and reports for management review.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and IT.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting systems.

• Support ad-hoc analytical projects and business requests.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).

• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.

• Exposure to Python or R is an advantage but not required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn.
