Job Description:

 As a Precast Engineer for Precast Products, you will take on a comprehensive role that encompasses project planning, coordination of material delivery, and oversight of repair activities. Your focus will be on ensuring the successful production, quality control, timely delivery, and efficient repair of precast concrete elements for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor precast projects to ensure timely completion.

• Liaise with design, production, QA/QC, logistics, and site teams to achieve project objectives.

• Review precast designs and support design improvements or value engineering initiatives.

• Oversee production schedules, quality compliance, and delivery arrangements.

• Manage repair, rectification, and remediation activities when required.

• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

• Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Proven experience in project engineering roles, specifically with precast concrete products, volumetric concrete, or similar prefabricated construction elements.

• Knowledge of precast production, quality control, project planning, and construction processes.

• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and knowledgeable in safety and compliance requirements.
