We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Claim Advisor.

Assist customers with motor insurance claim procedures
Provide guidance and explanations on the insurance claim process
Liaise with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers
Prepare and manage claim-related documentation
Update customers on repair and claim progress
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is an added advantage
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Possess a valid driving licence
Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused
