Parts Controller to manage spare parts inventory and support our workshop operations.

Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels

Order parts from suppliers based on repair requirements

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts

Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory records

Coordinate with advisors, estimators, and workshop personnel on parts requirements

Ensure timely availability of parts to avoid repair delays

Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and discrepancies

Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory

Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma

Experience in automotive spare parts management is preferred

Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, etc.)

Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive

Experience in body & paint workshop operations is an added advantage
