Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and production-related systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic hydraulic faults.
• Maintain and repair building facilities, including lighting systems, air-conditioning units, plumbing systems, doors, fixtures, and other facility infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests or emergency calls.
• Monitor and maintain facility safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, or space modifications.
• Monitor and manage tools, equipment, and spare part inventory.

Job Requirements：

• Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related technical role.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning (HVAC), and building maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility-related issues.
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Able to use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or on-call when required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
