Perform quality control inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards and product specifications.
Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure finished products meet required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in monitoring all Quality Control (QC) activities, including incoming material inspections and outgoing process checks, to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancement activities to achieve quality objectives and operational excellence.
Identify, investigate, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformances to Management.
Handle customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and liaise with internal departments on matters related to quality assurance and product compliance.
Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of QC inspection records and all quality-related documentation.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Control programs and procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Studies, or other related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing or food manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety Management Systems, and other food-related regulations is preferred.
Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask, work independently, and work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
Possess own transportation.
Able and willing to work on night shifts when required.
Working Arrangement
Alternate 6-working-day schedule (subject to the Company's roster arrangement).
Working Hours: 7am – 4pm or 7pm-4am
Overtime is available up to a maximum of 2.5 hours per day and is subject to operational requirements and employee willingness.
Night Shift Allowance and Full Attendance Allowance are provided in accordance with Company policy.
