Job Vacancy: Admin Executive
Industry: Food Manufacturing
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to support our daily office operations and assist in documentation, coordination, and general administration.
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain proper filing of documents (hardcopy & softcopy)
Assist internal team with documentation
Answer phone calls and manage customer inquiries
Coordinate with internal departments
Any other admin duties as assigned
Requirement
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year admin experience
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Organized, responsible & detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
