Our client is a technology solutions provider specialising in enterprise software and HR systems, supporting organisations in streamlining operations and digital transformation. They deliver end-to-end implementation services, working closely with clients to align business needs with scalable system capabilities. With a strong focus on innovation and customer success, they collaborate across product, development, and consulting teams to drive impactful solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects, guiding Application Consultants through delivery while ensuring alignment with client requirements and system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Manage project delivery within approved scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Coordinate with Technology Development teams on client customisations
• Support issue resolution during implementation phases
• Maintain complete project documentation and ensure proper handover to Customer Support
• Validate Parallel Run and UAT outcomes and obtain client sign-off
• Deliver end-user training and maintain training records, including HRD Corp claims where applicable
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Collaborate with Product, Development, UI, Customer Support, and Sales teams
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when required
  
  

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Software Development, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in system implementation and/or web application delivery
• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience with HRMS or HR-related systems
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft tools
  
  

Nice-to-have

• Client-facing project delivery experience in HR or enterprise application environments
