Education

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Film Production, or related field. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of video editing experience preferred. 
• Experience in TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, or e-commerce content is an advantage. 

Technical Skills

• Proficient in at least one of the following: 
• Adobe Premiere Pro 
• Adobe After Effects 
• CapCut 
• DaVinci Resolve 
• Final Cut Pro 
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color correction is an advantage. 
• Understanding of social media content formats and algorithms. 

Personal Qualities

• Creative and able to work independently. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and e-commerce advertisements. 
• Cut, trim, and arrange footage into engaging and high-converting content. 
• Add subtitles, transitions, animations, sound effects, and background music. 
• Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms. 

Content Production Support

• Assist in planning video concepts and storyboards. 
• Work closely with marketing, live hosts, and product teams. 
• Organize and manage video files and project assets. 
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content. 

Education
