As a Logistics Intern, you will support the Maintenance Store / Spare Parts Management team in ensuring effective control, organization, and availability of maintenance materials and spare parts. This role provides exposure to inventory management, warehouse operations, and maintenance support processes in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing maintenance store inventory by receiving, storing, issuing, tracking spare parts and materials, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Support cycle counts and annual stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and system alignment.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, labeling, organization, and 5S standards for spare parts and consumables.
• Update inventory records in the system and monitor stock levels, highlighting low or critical spare requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure timely spare parts issuance and availability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store efficiency, layout, and inventory control processes.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field with CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Possess basic knowledge of inventory management or warehouse operations (an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiar with M3 or SAP systems (considered an added advantage).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, with willingness to follow safety procedures in a warehouse/store environment.
