Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize training programs, workshops, and employee development activities
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads
• Develop training materials, modules, and presentations
• Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires
• Schedule internal and external training sessions
• Maintain training records, attendance, and training reports
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance tracking
• Assist in implementing HR development initiatives and learning strategies
• Liaise with external trainers, consultants, or training providers when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory training requirements
• Support HR team in employee engagement and performance improvement programs

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or training-related role (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to develop training content and conduct sessions confidently
• Knowledge of HR practices, employee development, and training systems
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented and proactive

Added Advantage

• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or corporate training
• Familiar with HR systems or LMS (Learning Management System)
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
