Job Description
(Sales Support)
- Maintaining the Sales & Admin Department's filing system to meet company and legal requirements. Assures that documents are filed/housekeeping on a timely basis.
- Overall responsible to Sales & Admin related tasks & inter-department co-ordination.
- Responsible for preparation of various Sales & Admin reports and database management.
- Assist in DOs tracing and provide Sales & Administrative support as and when needed.
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time by the superior.
(Administrative Support)
- Handling documentations related to government agencies, NGOs, and local authorities (PBT).
- Manage applications and renewals of business licenses and other related permits with relevant authorities.
- Manage company vehicles' insurance, road tax renewal & summon tracing.
- Monitor and manage tenancy related matter, utility and operational bills.
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, proactive and good communication skills.
- Detailed, efficient, good time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
- Possess own transportation.
Qualification
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
- PC literate – Knowledge of MS application is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
