Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)

Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances

Location : PJ Trade Centre, Damansara

Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri) **Follow Singapore working calander

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Helpdesk (System Administrator) to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role involves resolving user issues, maintaining systems, and supporting IT infrastructure to ensure high service availability across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Log, track, and update support tickets with accurate documentation and status updates
• Escalate complex technical issues to relevant IT teams and ensure proper follow-up
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, device setup, and software installation
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding IT-related processes
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and basic maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standard procedures
• Provide end-user support and guidance on IT tools and systems
• Assist in maintaining IT asset records and inventory

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DNS)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
