About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack and cloud-native solutions. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, own technical strategy, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital products.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications across frontend and backend stacks.

Architect microservices-based, cloud-native solutions on AWS and/or Azure.

Drive agile workflows — sprint planning, roadmap management, and quality assurance.

Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Design and review RESTful APIs and data pipelines for scalability and reliability.

Own CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps practices using Jenkins, Docker, and Git.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Oversee cloud infrastructure management, including hybrid cloud deployments.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

Proficiency in React, Angular, Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.

Experience with CI/CD tools — Jenkins, Docker, Git.

Proven track record leading agile/scrum teams in cross-functional settings.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Firebase).

AWS Certified Developer or equivalent cloud certification is a plus.

Nice to have

Experience with React Native for mobile app development.

Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework or Katalon.

Pay: RM3,600.81 - RM13,000.83 per month
