Job Description:

We are hiring a talented C++ Developer professional to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Implementing trading applications in C++ ,Golang or Rust.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Develops solutions according to specified requirements.
• Maintain code and write automated/unit tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Being an advocate of coding best practices.
• Perform Peer/Code Reviews.
• Optimize and secure applications.
• Production Support and Bug Fixes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience developing low-latency applications using C++ (C++11/14), STL, Boost, multithreading, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Golang (especially concurrency) and/or Rust
• Solid understanding of systems-level programming (threading, memory management, I/O, signals, shared memory) and networking (TCP/IP, UDP, sockets)
• Experience with trading systems or financial applications, including event-driven architectures, exchange connectivity, and FIX protocol
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, OOP, and software engineering best practices (design, testing, QA, code quality)
• Experience with distributed systems and understanding of market gateways, OMS, SORs, or HFT environments
• Knowledge of low-latency techniques (lock-free programming, NUMA awareness, kernel bypass, cache optimization)
• Experience with in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis)
• Exposure to simulation, backtesting frameworks, or trading research infrastructure
• Familiarity with exchange protocols (ITCH, OUCH, PITCH) and dealing/trading desk automation tasks
