You will be joining a well-established and reputable manufacturing organisation within the agrochemical industry.

Your new role

• Full-spectrum Finance & Accounts Manager role within a well-established manufacturing organisation
• Reporting to the Head of Finance & Accounts
• Lead and manage a team of 3-4 finance executives/senior staff
• Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
• Manage costing and inventory functions, ensuring accurate product costing and margin analysis
• Responsible for compliance, taxation, and transfer pricing matters.
• Oversee treasury and cash flow management, including forecasting and liquidity planning
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes
• Partner with key stakeholders to support business decisions and regional expansion
• Opportunity to shape and build processes in a newly created role

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong background in costing and inventory management
• Experience handling full set accounts, tax, compliance, and transfer pricing
• Exposure to treasury and cash flow management
• Proven leadership experience managing small teams
• Growth-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
