Work Duties

- Responsible for functional development, iterative optimization, and daily technical support of business systems to ensure stable system operation.

- Write high-quality code that is well-structured, scalable, and maintainable based on requirements and design documents.

- Collaborate closely with requirements analysts and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project requirements.

- Respond promptly to user feedback, analyze issues encountered during system usage, and provide fixes and solutions.

- Provide technical support throughout the system's entire lifecycle, including anomaly monitoring, bottleneck analysis, optimization solution design, and implementation.

- To comply with the company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and to participate in EHS programs and training as required.

Work Requirements

- Associate degree or higher in computer-related field,

- 4+ years of .NET development experience

- Proficient in WinForms and .NET Core platform development, with solid C# fundamentals

- Familiar with Git source code management tools

- Experienced with Oracle/SQL Server databases, capable of writing complex SQL statements, views, stored procedures, and functions, with some SQL performance tuning experience

- Proficient in front-end development including JavaScript, jQuery, Div-CSS, Ajax, and responsive layouts; familiar with mainstream front-end frameworks like Vue and Node development

- Familiar with RESTful API specifications and experienced in developing interfaces such as WebServices and WebAPI

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
