We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Documentation Clerk to assist in managing and maintaining company records and documents. The successful candidate will ensure all documentation is properly submitted, filed, updated, and organized to support the smooth operation of the company.
Job description
- To handle documentation and submission for applications
- To ensure HR related reports are submitted on the timely basis.
- To perform any tasks or assignments given by superior from time to time.
- Prepare and maintain company documents and records
- Filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Ensure documents are updated and properly maintained
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good organizational and filing skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
