Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual system designs to support proposals, feasibility studies, and project discussions.
• Lead the design and development of new systems and modules while continuously improving existing solutions.
• Perform comprehensive engineering analyses to ensure design integrity, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Manage and maintain design databases to ensure accuracy, traceability, and accessibility of technical information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, procurement) to ensure successful project execution.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage project timelines in alignment with organizational time-to-market objectives.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to junior system designers.
• Organize, assign, and monitor tasks to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and professional ethics.
• Proactively research and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in system design.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Incorporate cost efficiency, maintainability, and safety considerations into all design solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• .Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical system design
• .Proficiency in SolidWorks for 2D and 3D modeling
• .Strong understanding of engineering design standards and best practices (advantageous)
• .Familiarity with advanced design, simulation, and verification tools is a plus
• .Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• .Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
