  Live Streaming & Hosting

•  Host live selling sessions on platforms including TikTok, and social media channels.
•  Present, demonstrate, and promote home products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner.
•  Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout live sessions to keep audiences engaged.
•  Follow prepared scripts and talking points while adapting naturally to live interactions.

Audience Engagement

•  Actively interact with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and product enquiries in real time.
•  Build rapport with the audience to foster a loyal community of followers and repeat buyers.
•  Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encourages viewers to participate and share.

Sales & Conversion

•  Drive sales by highlighting product features, benefits, promotions, and limited-time deals.
•  Meet or exceed live session sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•  Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise order value during live sessions.

Content & Preparation

•  Prepare thoroughly before each live session by studying product information, promotions, and session scripts.
•  Collaborate with the content and marketing team to plan live session themes and content.
•  Assist in setting up the livestream environment, including product arrangement and props.

Reporting & Improvement

•  Monitor live session performance metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and sales figures.
•  Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future live session quality and performance.
•  Stay updated on live commerce trends, competitor activities, and new platform features.
