Job Descriptions :

Manage all complaints

• Collect all Complaint Forms at Office on the daily basis
• Ensure all complaints are attended according to the KPI guidelines
• Update all the complaint progress during the morning briefing
• Attend complaints after office hours based on Standby Schedule
• Record all the jobs attended during Standby Schedule in Standby Log Book
• Monitor service provider to do repair works and servicing.

Perform all the Proactive Works including:

• Perform proactive works during daily routine inspection
• Record all the proactive works and submit to Admin Executive.

Manage the Plan Preventive Maintenance including:

• Monitor scheduled maintenance works by appointed service providers
• Acknowledge receipt service report after servicing by appointed service providers
• Carry out all Plan Preventive Maintenance tasks as per schedule
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly Plan Preventive Maintenance scheduled to the Admin Executive
• Record electrical, water meter readings on monthly basis.

Assist Technical supervisor on spare parts management including

• Monitor usage of spare parts
• Record all the incoming and outgoing spare parts
• Inform Technical Supervisor when the spare part needs to be purchase.

Assist Technical Supervisor on:

• Safety of work environment
• Monitoring performance of service providers, i.e. cleaning, landscape, security
• Updating to the Technical Supervisor for any technical issues
• To assist and carry out task as per required from time to time.

Provide supports and commitment to the company quality management system (QMS) for its effectiveness.

Identify and monitor risk and plan for any mitigation actions.

Any other task assigned by the immediate superior or Management team.
