Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible in project management, planning, budgeting, co-ordination and financial control
• Conduct site recce, measurements and prepare drawings if required
• Read and understand construction drawings and communicate for changes as required
• Liaising with contractors, vendors on all the projects assigned
• Perform any other ad-hoc program assigned

Job Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Adobe tools are an advantage)
• Good knowledge with retail design and fit-out experience
• Pro-active with excellent communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willing to travel and work outstation when required
• Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Architecture/Interior Design/Project Management
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience

Pay: RM3,800.00 per month
