Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible in project management, planning, budgeting, co-ordination and financial control
- Conduct site recce, measurements and prepare drawings if required
- Read and understand construction drawings and communicate for changes as required
- Liaising with contractors, vendors on all the projects assigned
- Perform any other ad-hoc program assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Adobe tools are an advantage)
- Good knowledge with retail design and fit-out experience
- Pro-active with excellent communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willing to travel and work outstation when required
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Architecture/Interior Design/Project Management
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience
Pay: RM3,800.00 per month
