• Arrange transportation to deliver the goods to customer .
• Manage the ERP system for sales order .
• Planning a monthly schedule of Materials for delivery .
• Transportation and courier billing invoice checking for payment .
• Purchase and price comparison of Poly boxes for delivery .
• Check period price review (PPR) .
• Control and monitoring Phase out stock (BTO) .
• Reconciliation Bank Statement versus invoice for repairing .
• Submitted invoice and E-invoice via customer promise system .

. Search and compare prices of courier agents .

• Prepare and updated daily, weekly and monthly document:
• IDO, DO, Invoice, SMRF forecast, Delivery Instruction (DI), Monthly production Plan, update KPI, Debit/Credit Note, cover Insurance (Inland Transit), Packing Style Information (PSI, SPSI), Serial Number and label tagging.
• Prepare Monthly Report:

Sales Report, Sales Tax report, Apple and HDMI quarterly Report.

• Another job assigns by the Management
• Responsible in management IATF 16949: 2016 procedure & implementation
• Ensuring compliance to all Health, Safety and Environmental Social Governance procedural and practices.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
