Position : Business Development (Software Solutions)

Salary Range : RM 5,000 - RM 7,000

Location : 8trium, Bandar Sri Damansara

Working Hours : 10.00am – 6.00pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Business Development professional to promote and sell software solutions and IT services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective solution selling and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through networking, research, referrals, and digital channels.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose suitable software solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and solution demonstrations.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with well-structured business proposals.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project, and design) to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT or software solutions.
• Experience in solution selling and handling RFP/tender processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
