Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the learning centre to ensure a safe, organized, and effective learning environment.
- Deliver an excellent experience for students, parents, and visitors by providing timely support, guidance, and communication.
- Coordinate class schedules, enrolments, attendance, and programme activities to ensure smooth execution of all learning sessions.
- Monitor service quality, student progress, and operational performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support community engagement, programme promotion, and marketing initiatives to increase awareness and participation in the centre's programmes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and visitors.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Basic administrative and reporting skills.
- Able to work on weekends
- Experience in education, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
