Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Leadership

• Daily Operations: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure work is progressing according to the master schedule.
• Manpower Management: Supervise direct labor and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient deployment of resources.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards and company safety policies.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any on-site disputes or logistical bottlenecks immediately.

Project Engineering & Technical Support

• Technical Reviews: Review architectural and structural drawings (RFI management) to identify potential discrepancies before they impact construction.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and "snagging" lists to ensure all work meets engineering specifications and local building codes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site diaries, progress reports, and "as-built" drawings.
• Material Coordination: Manage material requisitions and verify deliveries against purchase orders to prevent shortages or waste.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 3 years (Required)
• Construction management: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)
• Green Book (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)

Work Location: In person
