We're seeking an Executive, Quality Control to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products consistently meet established quality standards and specifications. This position involves conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality-related issue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on products to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits (e.g ISO, Green, customer).
• Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints; recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with Production, R&D, Procurement, Sales, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and improve documentation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), inspections, tests, and other quality control activities.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance for the Management review.
• Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, standards, and continuous improvement practices.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a quality control position within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Microsoft Office Tools.
• Strong knowledge of standard QC tools and methodologies such as the 7 QC Tools, Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) sampling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and dimensional testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
