Job description:
A) Operational Assistance
- Address day-to-day operational matters efficiently.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Assist in general office tasks such as paying utilities, checking the mailbox, and keeping the office running smoothly.
- Schedule lorry trip
B) Data Entry and Excel
- Consolidate and manage data using Excel for reporting and analysis.
C) Administrative Tasks
- Handle admin tasks and special projects assigned by supervisors.
D) Documentation and Reporting
- Accurately prepare and organize forms and important documents.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Diploma holders or individuals with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
