Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily tasks within the Creative Department.
• Support the preparation of garments and collections for KL Fashion Week 2026 and other brand projects.
• Perform garment detailing, embellishment checks, and finishing work to ensure high-quality standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections on collections, and monthly production items for RR by Rizman Ruzaini and Rizman Ruzaini.
• Assist in ensuring garments are properly fitted, finished, and presentation-ready before delivery, events, or fashion shows.
• Support the team during fittings, photoshoots, fashion shows, and special projects when required.
• Monitor garment workmanship and report any defects or alterations needed.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Textile Studies, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with a strong interest in luxury fashion and garment construction.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during fashion show preparations.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
