Key Responsibilities

• UAT Testing: Execute test cases across the RWG website and mobile app, log defects with clear reproduction steps, and retest fixes before release.
• Release Reporting: Prepare release readiness summaries for manager review — what passed, what failed, what's blocking go-live.
• Cross-Device Testing: Validate experiences across major browsers and devices, with focus on mobile.
• Chatbot Training: Review chatbot conversation logs, flag weak responses, and draft knowledge-base and prompt updates for manager review.
• Multilingual QA: Stress-test chatbot across English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to surface language-specific gaps.
• Content & Analytics QA: Spot-check AEM-published content and assist with GA4 tagging audits and dashboard QA.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, UX Design, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0
• Methodical and detail-oriented; comfortable with repetitive QA work.
• Curious about AI and comfortable experimenting with prompts.
• Strong written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and basic spreadsheets.
• Bonus: exposure to JIRA, GA4, AEM, or QA tools.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
