岗位职责
1. Transport Planning & Fleet Coordination
· Effectively plan daily transport routes and assign lorries to maximize fleet utilization and cost efficiency.
· Effectively handover optimized daily transport plans to the Warehouse for pick & pack and Transport Executive for delivery on time in full.
· Monitor daily operational capacities across logistics, transport, and warehousing networks to ensure optimal alignment and highlight bottleneck for discussion and improvement.
2. Administration, Costing & Documentation
· Systematically compile, cross-verify, and track Proof of Delivery (POD) documents returning from drivers.
· Accurately calculate daily, weekly, or monthly driver trip incentives based on completed routes and corporate policies.
· Track; audit and record daily trip costing and overall transport expenses.
· Perform general administrative paperwork related to warehouse activities and fleet logs as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
