Due to this, we are seeking an experienced and talented Payroll Specialist. He/she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Payroll within Kenny Hills Hospitality Group.

Job scope includes but not limited to:

• Uphold and display the Kenny Hills’ Vision, Mission and Family Values at all times.
• Be the image of Kenny Hills Bakers to promote its “Culture’ philosophy.
• This position is responsible for the overall managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities including attendance etc
• The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
• Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns
• Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax

Candidate must posses:

• Preferably 2 year of experience in performing payroll functions for a F&B/Hospitality/Retail industry
• Preferable familiar with processing payroll for a company with the size of 500++ staff
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting and project administration, experience in using Infotech is a plus
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Human Resources or equivalent
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skills
• Independent, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
