Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and operational teams.
- Prepare, organize, file, and maintain company documents, records, and correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails
- Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Assist in preparing quotation / contract to clients and follow up on approval and PO
- Maintain records of quotations, purchases, and payment documentation.
- Assist in processing client's PO and send for billing to Finance in timely manner .
- Support invoice tracking and document submission to client.
Document & Data Management
- Update and maintain employee, client, vendor, and operational records.
- Ensure all administrative documents are complete, accurate, and properly archived.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in preparing monthly administrative and operational reports.
Operational Support
- Assist operations teams in preparing reports, permits, client documentation, and other administrative requirements.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative activities.
- Support special projects and company initiatives as assigned by management.
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
