- Handle daily administrative and operational matters including driver coordination, fleet scheduling, and port documentation
- Manage and coordinate lorry dispatch, trip assignments, and loading schedules across Peninsular Malaysia routes
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and transporters on freight matters, rate quotations, and dispute resolution
- Prepare and process invoices, billing confirmations, and financial documentation
- Draft and manage professional business communications via email and WhatsApp
- Monitor License & Port pass applications & inform office
- Monitor and update fleet telematics data including fuel consumption reports and GPS tracking records
- Assist in workshop and fleet maintenance coordination
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
