Duties
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging IGCSE ICT lessons according to the Cambridge curriculum and school requirements.
- Teach ICT concepts and practical skills, including digital literacy, programming basics, data handling, and responsible use of technology.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to support student learning and IGCSE examination preparation.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Support students in developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and ICT skills.
- Manage ICT classroom resources and ensure effective use of technology in lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, training, and professional development.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and uphold school policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education (ICT), or related field.
- Teaching qualification/certification is preferred.
- Experience teaching IGCSE ICT or knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE ICT curriculum is required.
- Experience preparing students for IGCSE ICT examinations is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of ICT tools, educational software, and digital learning technologies.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching and supporting student development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
