Exciting Opportunity: Proposal Engineer Needed!

We are looking for a Proposal Engineer to join our Business Development & Technical Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to develop their technical, costing, and proposal management skills.

What does our CAD Engineer Do?

• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Review customer requirements, specifications, and tender documents.
• Support costing, material take-offs, and manpower estimations.
• Prepare proposal documents, technical clarifications, and supporting information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Vendors, and internal teams to gather proposal inputs.
• Ensure proposals are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Maintain proposal templates, costing sheets, and proposal records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ISO 9001 requirements.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 1–3 years of working experience in engineering, estimation, proposals, technical sales, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Insulation, or Refractory industries is an added advantage.
