IT Technical Support

Glenmarie, Selangor
Full-time | Hybrid (Work From Home with on-site client visits when required)
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500 per month (based on experience)
Role Description
- Provide technical support to clients via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues.
- Visit client sites when necessary to assist with technical issues, setup, or training.
- Assist with vendor registration and client onboarding.
- Support subscription requests, including plan upgrades, downgrades, and renewals.
- Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before release.
- Document and escalate issues to the development team when required.
- Work closely with the team to improve the QuickServe platform.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to client locations when required.
