Working days: Wed - Mon (Tuesdays Off)
Main responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
- Lead, supervise, and support café staff during shifts.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor daily sales performance and help achieve store targets.
- Submit basic operational and sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, dessert shop, or F&B management/supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive.
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management is an advantage.
