We are looking for a creative and driven Video Content Creator to develop, manage, and execute compelling video content that aligns with our brand goals. This role is central to increasing TikTok impressions, engagement, and driving conversion traffic to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management:

• Develop and execute engaging, creative, and on-brand video content for TikTok to attract followers and drive conversions.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and produce visually appealing and trend-driven TikTok videos.

Video Production and Editing:

• Shoot, edit, and optimize videos, ensuring high-quality output that resonates with the TikTok audience.
• Create graphics, edit photos/videos, and incorporate creative elements to maximize audience engagement.

Innovation and Trends:

• Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and algorithms to suggest innovative content ideas.
• Experiment with new formats and approaches to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Performance and Analytics:

• Monitor TikTok analytics to evaluate performance and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and propose strategies for improvement.

Collaboration and Timeliness:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align TikTok content with broader brand and campaign goals.
• Ensure all deliverables are produced and published on time, meeting deadlines consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating engaging TikTok content (portfolio or examples required).
• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, features, and best practices.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Excellent creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
