Update and maintain wall charts, block charts, and project tracking records for project monitoring and reporting purposes.
Manage, distribute, and coordinate all revision drawings (DWG) and ensure the latest approved drawings are issued to relevant departments and site personnel.
Carry out quantity take-off and material estimation for cast-in items and other construction materials as required.
Coordinate and monitor site progress, ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, including reports, drawings, correspondence, method statements, inspection records, and material submissions.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on technical and project-related matters.
Maintain proper document control and filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date project records.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and company procedures.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in the construction, precast, or engineering industry. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
