- Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics services (transportation, warehousing, freight, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors.
- Generate leads, conduct sales visits, and present company services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Act as the main contact point for customers on commercial and service-related matters.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor service performance and address customer issues in collaboration with operations.
- Track customer activities, sales targets, and contract renewals.
