JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives and meet client’s needs

2. To be liaison with authority for all applications.

3. Apply (Commercial Application) MIDA ITA Application & MGTC Application on behalf of our clients & RGS (under Services) on solar project for Green Technology project.

4. Apply (Technical Application) namely TNB Technical Analysis, ST Application, SEDA NEM Application, TNB NEM Contract, TNB Meter Replacement Application and any other related applications required.

5. Ensuring smooth running of projects assignment and timeliness of assignment closure.

6. To work with the Chief Operating Officer to eliminate blockers

7. To help issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)

8. To create and maintain comprehensive applications documentation, plans and reports

9. Handling ISO requirements and Audit

10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chief Operating Officer

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with clients, government authorities and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and report preparation skills.
